I fell in love with fitness a few years ago in my mid 30's. From there I learned how to count macros and how to eat in order to change my body and give my body the fuel it needs in order to workout most effectively.
Growing up in South Dakota in a family of 6 girls, I learned how to cook from my amazing mom. It was a natural fit for me to adapt recipes into fat burning/muscle building recipes for myself and my family.
As a fitness coach I have clients and followers asking for high protein recipes that don't get repetitive.
